Europe
It might seem odd, but discrimination in Europe is very common, despite the widespread legal protection. The most usual ones are based on racial, ethnical, religious, sexual orientation and gender.
The USA
Here the most common descriminations are based on gender, sexual orientation and race. The last two types are big and serious problems nowadays. While the discrimination of sexaul orientation is significant in the world of work and marriage, hate against immigrants is daily.
Many American citizen thinks that immigrants steal their jobs or they do most of the crimes or violent acts. For example, in Arizona, everyone has to carry their documents to prove their citizenship.
